Creating "Bom Bum" was an exciting opportunity for me to explore a new side of my artistry while staying true to my Tejano and cumbia roots. I wanted to blend English and Spanish lyrics into one song that could connect with listeners from both cultures while capturing the energy, fun, and excitement of falling in love. Working with producers El Dusty and Mariano Herrera allowed us to create a fresh, modern sound that combines live saxophone, DJ elements, and an infectious cumbia groove while honoring the Latin music that has inspired me throughout my career.
